Nucleic-acid integrity check

A set of extracted nucleic-acid samples was assessed by gel electrophoresis before downstream use. Gel conditions were chosen to suit the expected fragment sizes, each gel included size markers and controls, and the banding patterns were imaged, documented and interpreted sample by sample.
